4k 60hz television in 1080p@120

Each the place I look it says that this isn’t attainable and even below 4k television settings it says my television doesn’t help 120hz but when I drop the res to 1080p I can choose 120 frames and if I attempt to put it in 120 frames whereas in 1440p or 2160p it’ll provide you with a message that my television doesn't help the body price at these resolutions and it’ll mechanically alter it to the best decision supported by my television at 120 then it mechanically places it at 1080p@120

I simply wish to know the way that is attainable as in all places I look on-line says it's not attainable being a 60hz panel
