Following the report, Twitter person bograd222 discovered the LinkedIn posts in query confirming the information. Apparently, most of these laid off have been employed part-time at Naughty Canine’s high quality assurance division.
Sadly, Naughty Canine reportedly isn’t providing any severance, and Kotaku’s sources say the impacted staff are being pressured to not discuss in regards to the layoffs. Their contracts will finish after October.

This information comes on the heels of a Bloomberg report we shared yesterday by which it was claimed that PlayStation Studios have been struggling to pivot to games-as-a-service pushed beneath the management of outgoing CEO Jim Ryan.
